"History of the Hollymatic Corporation"
Sunday June 23, 2013  2:30 p.m.
Village Hall Park Forest, Illinois
Free and open to the general public.
Bob Chura, great grandson of Harry Holly, inventor of the Hollymatic machine,
and grandson of  Nick Chura who distibuted the machine from 1950 to 1990, will
speak on the history of the company which was in Park Forest at North Street and Orchard Blvd from the 1950s into the 1970s.  The Hollymatic Machine revolutionized fast food, by producing hamburger patty's that were all the same size.  It was used by McDonald's, Burger King and others and is still in use today.
